About the Teacher

Allan Ray Enriquez is a yoga teacher and a fitness coach based in Quezon City, Philippines. He is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®200, RYT®500) and a continuing education provider (YACEP®) under Yoga Alliance (YA). He is also a Certified Meditation Teacher (200H) under Meditation Alliance International (MAI). Enriquez is also a certified practitioner in myofascial release, fitness, running and muay thai. When he is not teaching, Enriquez takes continuing education for yoga and meditation. He uses yoga and fitness as part of his goal to promote wellness and wellbeing tourism in the country.
