We are about to start your yoga practice. Before we go further, you might have questions before this course and that’s fine. Some questions you have in mind, for example: “Should I be flexible?”, “Should I remember the poses?”, or, “Can I do a handstand after this?” I do not have the answers because the answers will depend on how you will take this course.
For the next 5 days, we will try to cover the essential parts on how to practice yoga. This course will help you be ready in your practice, so that you can join a studio class with confidence and ease.
Before you press start, be sure to roll out your mat or have enough space for you to lie down or sit. Minimize any distractions and let’s begin.
