Try this Gentle Flow Yoga

In this 16-minute gentle flow yoga, you will:

  • Learn how to breathe properly when practicing yoga. You will learn pranayama or lengthening the breath with ease.
  • Learn basic yoga poses (asanas) that will help you in your practice and know how to stretch properly.
  • Learn how to make time for yourself even if you feel like you do not have enough time with this class.
  • Learn about Vinyasa or flowing in a special way type of yoga class.
  • Enjoy practicing yoga and maybe practice yoga longer.
